Italian Alabaster Dozen Yes, this is a full dozen roses that have been carved from a single piece of Italian Alabaster. The plan is to light it from beneath with tiny LED’s. Next I have to construct the base. American Alabaster Large I am taking a break from this piece. It’s American Alabaster, so a bit difficult to work with. It’s also very large, compared with my other work, weighing in at over 11 pounds.
Insect Wings Butterfly and Dragonfly wings in Translucent Italian Alabaster. These range from approx. 1.25” long to the dragonfly wings at 3.5” long. They are waiting for a finishing project, and I have a couple of ideas.
